Consult, Design & Select

We begin by meeting with you and key stakeholders—ideally on site—to understand your vision, operational requirements and the people who will use the space. This early consultation allows our Project Consultants to assess layouts, traffic flow, compliance considerations and practical use.

Being on site is critical. It enables us to apply over 25 years’ experience delivering furniture solutions across Australia’s health and aged care, retirement living, hotel, office and student accommodation sectors, ensuring every recommendation is fit for purpose, durable and appropriate for the environment.

Following this, we guide you through furniture concepts, layouts and preliminary selections to establish a clear direction for the project.

Quotation & Proposal

After the initial consultation, we provide a clear, written cost indication. Our pricing is informed by decades of quoting experience, detailed knowledge of Australian furniture manufacturing processes, and established supplier relationships.

We walk you through the key cost variables—such as quantities, materials, construction methods and design details—and work collaboratively with you to align the proposal with your budget expectations. Transparency is central to our process, and you remain informed and involved throughout.

Once selections are confirmed, we prepare a final, fixed-price proposal and furniture schedule for approval. There are no hidden costs and no last-minute surprises.

Ordering & Manufacturing

Upon approval of the final proposal and receipt of your purchase order, your project moves into production. Our skilled manufacturing team in Brisbane begins crafting your furniture, sourcing materials, hand-cutting timber, upholstering components and applying finishes with care and precision.

With more than 20 years of Australian manufacturing experience, we maintain strict quality control at every stage. Every piece is built to withstand the demands of commercial environments and is backed by our 10-year structural warranty.

Site Inspection

Where required, we conduct a site inspection prior to delivery to confirm access, installation requirements and any logistical considerations. This step helps mitigate risk, ensures a smooth installation process and allows us to coordinate effectively with builders, facility managers or other trades on site.

Delivery & Installation

Once manufacturing and quality checks are complete, we manage delivery, assembly and installation. Our team positions each item correctly—from chairs and lounges to tables and storage—ensuring the space is set up exactly as intended.

We remove all packaging and leave the area clean and ready for immediate use, so your spaces can be enjoyed without delay.

After Sales Support

Our relationship does not end at installation. We provide ongoing after-sales support and stand behind our work with a 10-year structural warranty. Any repairs or maintenance are prioritised and completed at our Brisbane workshop.

Our furniture is designed for longevity and ease of maintenance, delivering long-term value for your organisation. We also follow up post-project to ensure you and your team remain satisfied well beyond handover.
